Quality Policy
The company Finpartner – Consultadoria, Contabilidade e Fiscalidade, S.A. uses as slogan “Your Business Partner” because this is its main mission – to be a true business partner in accounting, tax, management and human resources with a view to mutual benefit relations.
It is aware of the implications of its services and as such undertakes to maintain a Quality Management System in place, undertaking to ensure continuous improvement and development, adopting and giving priority to a systematic approach, which guides the actions of the company’s employees in order to respond to all stakeholders.
Therefore, to meet the expectations, needs and requirements of interested parties, the company’s Quality Policy provides the following guidelines:
- Meet the expectations and needs of interested parties, including their clients and partners, aiming at their increasing satisfaction and promoting longevity in commercial relations based on efficient risk management.
- Monitor the processes and adopt efficient procedures, allowing the uniformity of the performance methods and the continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.
- To raise the team’s awareness so that they can ensure the development of their tasks, always acting in an appropriate, reliable, transparent, conscientious, ethical and responsible manner in order to comply with the legislation in force and the requirements of both stakeholders and others that the organization requires.
- To guarantee the evolution, continuous training and organisational development, with a view to constantly adapting to clients and partners, their wishes and needs, good practices, the most advanced technologies and methodologies.
- Adopt a permanent commitment to people, to their well being, to their evolution, to all its dimensions, in the certainty that only a committed human resource is an intellectual resource.
Management is committed to ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to develop and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s processes, thus ensuring that they always perform adequately.
